We analyse live bidding data to secure your vehicle at the optimal price point, managing the entire acquisition process from the hammer drop to secure storage.Upon a successful bid, the client will receive a formal invoice for the vehicle asset. To maintain the highest security standards for high-value transactions, all vehicle asset payments are settled exclusively via International Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT).

Our service concludes only when your vehicle reaches its destination. We manage all Japanese export formalities, de-registration, and international shipping logistics, ensuring a seamless transition from our hands to yours, anywhere in the world.Please note that all final logistics and vehicle settlement payments are processed via secure bank-to-bank transfer to comply with international trade regulations.
PREMIUM SERVICE PORTFOLIO
Notice: Secure Retainers and Audit fees are payable via Credit/Debit card through our integrated portal. Final vehicle acquisition balances, including auction costs and export logistics, must be settled exclusively via International Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT).
The Presidential Retainer of $499 USD serves as a formal commitment to initiate the high-security onboarding process and procurement of exclusive auction access. This retainer is 100% deductible from the final 4.9% Asset Acquisition Commission upon the successful purchase of a vehicle. Please note that once auction credentials have been issued and activated in the client’s name, this retainer becomes non-refundable, as it covers the immediate administrative costs, licensing access, and proprietary sourcing labor performed by Ahad Worldwide Tradings (AWWT).
